They return themselves to the neutral position if the cable is loose.
Position 0 neutral when the cable is loose and cylinder piston is standing - oil goes on transfer.

Working position number 1 with the rope pulls the slider and the piston rod extends.

Position 2 when rope pushes the slider and cylinder piston hides.
