PVG 32 proportional valves

PVG 32 proportional valves have the greatest versatility of applications. Danfoss PVG 32 proportional valves modules have features such as load sensing with a directional manifold, pressure compensation valves and proportional manifolds.

PVG 32 proportional valves are one of the most widespread series of proportional valves due to their very good quality and many possible applications. PVG 32 proportional valves have a modular structure enabling free configuration depending on customer needs. The hydraulic distributor can work individually or in groups.

Danfoss PVG 32 proportional valves have a number of advantages that place them high in relation to other devices of this type. They allow pressure compensation upstream of the slider, which ensures a constant flow regardless of pressure changes on the other sections or the load change of the section used. Oil flow to an individual function is independent of the load pressure of this function. Oil flow to one function is independent of the load pressure of other functions. It is possible to order proportional valves with different types of connections. They have an energy saving function thanks to the load sensing function. They have a compact design, low weight and are easy to install. Due to the use of feedback coils, PVG 32 manifolds are characterized by easy programming and setting of the manifold. However, in order that to improve performance and increase the functionality of the complete distributor, it is possible to connect to PVG 16, 100 and 120.

PVG 32 proportional valves are used, among others in agricultural vehicles, i.e. tractors, construction machinery, e.g. excavators and loaders. The PVG 32 distributor is also used in mining machines and small cranes.

The PVG 32 proportional valves has various control options, i.e. manual, hydraulic proportional, electric ON / OFF and electric proportional.

The PVG 32 has been designed with maximum flexibility in mind. The proven PVG technology has been used, which saves time. Regardless of which valve combination is specified, the compact external dimensions of the valve remain unchanged. Electronic control is possible thanks to the electrohydraulic PVE actuators.

The PVG 32 proportional valves from Danfoss have used PVG load sensing technology, which in combination with a variable displacement pump gives the opportunity to significantly reduce energy losses. PVG valves also reduce heat generation and increase efficiency and power density.
