Nowadays every hydraulic system need electrical control to be functioning well. We, as people of 21th century, have a luck to live right in a time, that those control could be used with a radio control form and we are lucky to have Scanreco RC400.

Every hydraulic system is equipped with electrical control, except those simplest ones, which constructors still have to stick to most of norms such as requirement of start/stop button etc. Everything is of course for a usage safety.

Radio control Scanreco RC 400 consists of : transmitter (control panel), central unit, antenna (receiving signal from the transmitter), two batteries for the transmitter, two belts.

The system is also equipped with an emergency set consisting of a transmitter, with proportional control, connected to the central unit by a cable (3 x 0.75) with a length of 30 m. This cable can also be used when the radio control is prohibited, impossible or the transmitter batteries discharged.

The control panel has a new type of joysticks. They are resistant to water and easily replaceable (just unscrew 4 screws and unplug the plug). A self-adhesive sticker with the function drawings of a given joystick is glued on its sides. For better protection against moisture, heat, cold, dust, vibrations and aggressive substances, all electrical components are protected by pouring in a special resin. The antenna should be installed outside at the highest point of the chassis.

Radio control of hydraulic systems is an irreplaceable alternative to traditional control thanks to cable and a stationary remote control. Power supplies and radio sets are first of all compatible, and manufacturers always provide very simple connection of both a radio set and a stationary remote control, in which it is enough to unscrew the plug from the stationary remote control and screw the plug from the radio receiver. Thanks to such a solution, you can easily change the way of controlling the hydraulic system from radio to stationary, depending on your needs, without any tools or time loss. It does not carry any risk of loss of quality and speed of transmitted information from the radio system to the hydraulic receiver, because the latest radio models have digital protection that prevents errors. Relays are most often designed in a modular way to reduce costs due to simple extensions. European standard switches have high sensitivity and a long period of reliability, thanks primarily to gold-plated connectors, but also resistance to water / shocks / dust, thanks to housings that perform in the most difficult conditions and internal break-proof antennas, designed both for reception and signal transmission .
