Hydraulic Valve Walvoil DPX 100 12/24V with 2 Proportional Sections, Open/Closed Center and Additional Levers. The valve includes a post-compensation section.
This valve is configured for unusual/additional machine settings, where you need 2 standard, double-way function. If you require a different dedicated configuration, we can customize it to meet your needs, including variations in spools, voltage, the number of sections, anti-shock valves, connectors, etc. The relief valve can also be adjusted as required. Spool type and flow can be individually selected to suit your application. Please send us a diagram, and we can assist further.
Single axis electronic joystick with PWM outputs is a retained able to directly drive a couple of PWM solenoid valves. MAP2L joystick is designed to directly control two proportional solenoid valves (one section of an electrically controlled hydraulic distributor). The PWM command of the coils is feedback controlled, in order to guarantee the current stability indipendently to external factors (power supply voltage, coil temperature, etc). We also supply completed electrical harnesses.

Technical specifications of default configuration:
Inlet section: 32GPM 120l/min - Pmax 300 bar 4351psi Power supply port: 3/4" BPS, tank return port: 3/4" BPS
1st 40 L/min 10GPM A+B closed, electro-hydraulic control on both sides with AMP-JPT or Deutsch connectors with hand lever
2nd 60 L/min 21GPM A+B closed, electro-hydraulic control on both sides with AMP-JPT or Deutsch connectors with hand lever
Outlet section: with the possibility of combining valves, with bleed valve (LS relief), with pressure reducing valve. Control connection "V" and drainage connection "L" closed. Side connections "T1", "P1", "LS1" closed. DBV fixed and sealed to 175 bar at 90L/min.

- adjustable rise/fall timeramp up to 25 seconds (step 0.1s);

- input for speed reduction or deadman feature or "fault" output (default);
- output curve shape: linear or parabolic (selectable);
- DV digital output is activate when PWM output is on;
All working parameters are adjustable through a serial port and the ® Windows SepSim program using a special serial port adapter (AISR). The version with voltage signal output is also available (MAS2L)
