Formula the flow rate:

For example, if we use an electric motor with a maximum speed of 6000 RPM:

0.9 cc × 6000 RPM / 1000 = 5.4 L/min (1,42 gal/min) , and the maximum peak pressure will be 250 bar (3625,94 psi).

If we use a pump with a displacement of 8 cc at 2100 RPM:

8 cc × 2100 RPM / 1000 = 16.8 L/min (4,44 gal/min), and the maximum peak pressure will be 200 bar (2900,75 psi).
