All three-position levers on the spring, that is, they return to vertical by themselves:

Position 1 neutral (lever set vertically) the piston rod of the cylinder stands - the oil goes to the overflow.

Position 2 working (lever set diagonally forward) the piston rod of the cylinder extends.

Working position 3 (lever set in diagonal backward position) the piston rod of the cylinder retracts.
