This set allows for convenient and alternating crane control – both via radio control and joysticks.
The radio system has been configured to support up to 6 standard proportional functions (with the option of choosing a larger transmitter or extension of functions) and 3 ON/OFF functions, with the possibility of further expansion.
Each of the two joysticks allows you to control 3 proportional functions and And an ON/OFF function on a separate panel.
This solution provides the user with high comfort and flexibility in everyday work, regardless of the conditions or preferred method of operation.
Scanreco RC400 Radio Remote Control Systems.
The Scanreco RC 400 G2B remote control system has been especially developed for hydraulically driven mobile cranes and machinery. The system is a digital remote control system based on an extremely advanced microprocessor technology. Years of exhaustive and demanding testing have shown that the remote control system can cope with the roughest of environments.
The system is protected against electromagnetic and radio frequency radiation and can be installed onto all hydraulic valve types (voltage, current pulse width, or protocol steered) found on the market.
In its basic form the remote control system is comprised of a portable control unit with manoeuvre levers for proportional control and switches for ON/OFF functions, a central unit with connection cable for driving proportional electro-hydraulic slide controllers.
Digitally coded control information (lever deflection and switch position) is sent from the portable control unit via radio to the central unit. The portable control unit and central unit translate the magnitude and direction of the manoeuvre lever deflections and switch position.
It can be used for typical proportional functions, e.g.

- It's an electronic board with CANBus interface to simulate 2 JC joysticks with 2 Otto joystick and push button dashboard.
- The transmission has course immediately after the turning on of the electronic card.

to have the cable L = 1.5m it is necessary to
- make the joystick / cable connections 7x0.75mmq by removing the
original connector
- put the corrugated sheath and fix it to the bottom of the joystick (see photo)
- connect the 7x0.75 cable to the Deutsch 6-pin female connector
to male contacts
