When contacting us, please include the make and model of your machine, photos of the components you need to fix or replace, and the data sheet if available.

We will then send you a link to the appropriate products or can prepare a customized product offer for you.

If you're not an expert, don't worry. We are here to assist you step by step with all your requirements.

Find the products you wish to order, select the quantity, and click 'Add to Cart'.

Proceed to checkout. During step 3 of the checkout process, under 'Shipping Method', you have the option to add any extra information for us.

Once we receive your order, our shop will send you a confirmation via email and an SMS message, indicating that your order is being processed.

When your parcel is shipped, you will receive a notification through the same channels.

Please note that we offer a Volume Discount for all products.

To create a regular account, please set a password at step one of the checkout process.

If you prefer not to set a password, you can proceed with your order as a 'guest'.

We accept payments through Stripe checkout, which includes major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

All products listed as 'In Stock' on our shop are available for immediate order and shipment.

We ship your order using UPS Express. You also have the option to choose DHL Express during checkout.

Delivery time varies based on customer location, but generally, it takes between 2-5 working days using Air Express service. Please note that we ship orders from Monday to Friday.

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation and an SMS message with the order status and tracking number. In case of any issues, we will contact you directly to resolve them promptly. Additionally, you can manually check your order status using our ORDER TRACKING feature.

We ship all orders within 24 hours, except for large or customized products.

*Please note, all products like radio remotes, joysticks, and valves are tested by us before shipping. We also record a video of the working set for approval if required.

All parcels are insured for the amount of your order.

Please note that we have extensive experience in protecting all packages. We are proud to have a very low complaint rate, which is only 0.2%. We devote significant effort to this aspect to ensure that all customers are satisfied and return to us.
