We adhere to the European guidelines and legislation for e-commerce as defined by the European Commission. As a consumer, you are entitled to all rights mentioned in these guidelines and laws. In the event of a delay in product delivery, customers have the right to cancel the purchase if the proposed new delivery date is not acceptable. If you have made a prepayment for a product that has a delayed delivery, you have the option to cancel the purchase and receive a refund within 30 days. We do not sell to individuals under 18 years of age in compliance with general European e-commerce guidelines.

We report all instances of fraud, including false orders or orders made with stolen credit cards, directly to local police authorities in each specific country. We actively assist local law enforcement in investigating potential fraud.

Return Policy:

Obtaining a return number does not guarantee an approved claim. The item must be returned within 14 days of registering the return, including the original order number and a detailed description of the problem. If Perfekt-Trans is responsible for the product issue, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If any required documents are missing, the product will be sent back to the customer. Returns must be well packaged and in 100% brand new condition, without any signs of use. Please note that we do not issue refunds for electrical parts and special-order parts.
