Crane remote radio

Radio control is a standard solution used for overhead cranes and other lifting devices. They guarantee safety, simple operation and unique convenience of use.

The crane remote radio (wireless remote control) is a safe and convenient machine control system. It enables the operator to be in the best place to control the machine. Wireless remote control is safer for the operator as opposed to wired remote control. The wired remote control can disturb your work, posing a safety risk, tripping hazard, and is prone to damage.

Radio remote control systems are used to operate cranes, cranes, concrete pumps, conveyor belts and repair trains. Remote control systems can also be used to operate
a lift, hydraulically controlled equipment, tow trucks, ramps, drilling machines.

The crane remote radio (wireless remote control) is used in radio crane control systems. With the help of a wireless remote control you can control both horizontal and vertical operation of the hoist or winch. There are also versions of wireless remote controllers adapted to work in harsh industrial conditions, i.e. high temperatures or places with high dustiness.

The wireless remote control is a safe and convenient machine or vehicle control system. One of its obvious advantages is practicality and safety. The wireless remote control allows you to limit the distance traveled to the machine and back to service it. The operator stands in the designated, best place to operate the machine. Radio control is practical, safe and more efficient. Controlling the machine with the remote control on the cable hinders both work and creates danger. There is an increased risk of tripping over the operator, destroying the device, resulting in downtime and financial losses.

The crane remote radio has various security functions, such as an adjustable "donut" range. This feature includes the ability to set a specific workspace. What does it mean? The remote control will not operate in a place which is dangerous for the operator, i.e. the distance from the machine is too close but also in a place too far away. Why? Too far a distance from the machine means that the operator does not have sufficient visibility, so the remote control cannot be used. This protection is not possible when using a wired remote control. An additional security is also the use of a unique key that prevents the machine from being controlled by an unauthorized transmitter or interruption of the radio signal.
