Hydraulic diverter valves make it easy to add a different hydraulic circuit to the device. Flow changeover valves offer flow rates up to 60 gpm and pressure up to 5000 psi. The modular design allows up to five additional circuits with a minimum pressure drop. Galvanized steel bodies and coils with IP69 protection can withstand difficult conditions.

Hydraulic diverter valves are available as 3- or 6-way single valves; creating up to 14-stream flows is optional for modular switches. Standard ports enable control of electric, manual or pilot pressure. The flow meters can be set next to the control cylinders.

The inverters are used to add additional equipment to the directional control valve when it is needed for a sequence of operations, such as a safe operation or to control a selected hydraulic cylinder.

Hydraulic diverter valves are mounted on each station, and the valve can have many types of reels, determining where the oil passes in each state of the valve. Hydraulic diverter valves are usually activated by an electromagnet, as mechanical and hydraulically operated valves are rarely used. Flow regulators, non-return and overpressure valves can be stacked as a module under each valve.

Hydraulic distributor valves can be mechanically controlled, electromagnetically controlled or hydraulically operated. In many cases, you can have a solenoid valve with a mechanical lever. Hydraulic diverter valve stations can be added if necessary by means of screws connecting the stations to each other. This valve package can be parallel or serial, depending on valve model and order codes.

If you have more conditions, you can combine several switching valves at the same time. The user can switch from position A to position B electrically, manually or with a hydraulic pilot signal (least probable). The best part of the switching valves is that you still use the controls in the cab to control the work.
