Scanreco radio remote can be used in suction excavators. Radio remote Scanreco is a device that allows wireless control of an excavator. The device itself is equipped with switches and levers, a central unit, and a connection cable for slide controllers.

This type of navigating device has been specially developed for use with hydraulic machinery. A Scanreco radio remote offers a digital remote unit. It connects to the machine through radio waves, allowing for steering and controlling from vast distances.

Each radio remote is put through demanding testing to ensure that exceptional quality is maintained. Testing is necessary to ensure that each unit keeps its functions. One of the most important pros of our Scanreco line is the fact they can withstand serious and harsh working conditions. To put it into simpler terms, it is a perfect fit that works especially well with lifting machinery.

A suction excavator is a heavy machine that is used to remove materials. The mechanism of how an excavator works is simple. A suction excavator uses twin, triple, or even quad air blowers to create a high-volume flow of air. This jet of air is used by suction excavators to draw material up through the intake nozzle and deposit it in the vehicle's container. The onboard fan system forces air via the intake nozzle, the container, the micro-mesh filter system, and ultimately the fan system and sound-absorbing unit, before being released into the atmosphere outside the machine.

Suction excavators are typically mounted on customized trucks. Those trucks are also equipped with a container, where the excavated material is dumped. This container holds the material and has a capacity of 7 to 10 m3 (depending upon the machine). Once the vehicle’s container is full, the material can side tipped.
